Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our gallery, and add any photographs that you wish to buy to the lightbox. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment and accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outwith the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing and we have inadvertently under-priced a photograph, or we are no longer able to supply a particular photograph for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All items are packed in strong cardboard boxes.
Free Delivery for all orders to UK destinations (excluding Channel islands). Small and Medium Sized Pictures are sent by First Class Post (normally next day delivery). Large sized pictures are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery 3 - 5 days from dispatch)
For shipping to overseas destinations (including Channel Islands), Royal Mail Airmail service is used for orders up to GBP £70 in value (small and medium sized photographs). For Orders between GBP £70 and GBP £100 (i.e. Large Photographs) Parcelforce Global Value Service is used.

For orders to Overseas Destinations, the maximum order value is GBP £100. If you wish to order more than one large photograph, then please place separate orders for each photograph. Similarly, if you are ordering multiple small or medium sized photographs, then we suggest that you make multiple orders, each for under GBP £70, so that your orders will be sent by Airmail. |
| Delivery Schedule On receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Subsequently, within 24 hours, you will receive another email with an estimated date of dispatch. The dispatch date will be within 5 to10 working days of your order. |
| Back Orders All photographs are printed to order. |
| Tax Charges All Panoramic is not VAT Registered, therefore no VAT will be applied to orders. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card numbers are securly processed by Actinic Payments ECommerce. All Panoramic do not see any credit card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

| Returns Policy The EU Distance Selling Directive applies. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the goods within 10 days. You should contact All Panoramic by email in the first instance, and the cost of the return shipping is your responsibility. On receipt of the undamaged goods, All Panoramic will arrange a full refund, less the original cost of postage |
